Terms and refund policy

Model-readiness is an estimate from your inputs and photo, not an agency decision. Agencies decide in person.

We are not a talent agency or management company. We can't get you work. Legit agencies never charge you to apply.

AI is used to check photo quality and write explanations. It does not rate your looks.

Results are “typical fit” against requirements agencies publish, computed by rules on our methodology page. Agencies make their own decisions, in person, and often make exceptions. We make no promise of representation, bookings, work or earnings, and paying us does not change what any agency decides.

• We never submit anything to an agency on your behalf, and we don’t host forms that look like agency applications.
• We take no money from agencies, photographers, schools or brands, and earn no referral fees.
• We don’t introduce you to brands or clients.
• Every agency link and match is free, always, as are the digitals kit and measurements card.

The check, results, accounts and paid plans are for people 18 and older. Under-18s may read our text-only guides. If we learn a user is under 18 we delete their data, cancel any plan and refund it in full.

• Stats: $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year.
• Glow-Up (includes Stats): $12.99 a month or $59.99 a year. The program is 12 weeks, about $38.97 on monthly.

Plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. Before you pay we show the exact charge, the renewal cadence and price, and ask for your separate consent to auto-renewal. For example: “You'll be charged $12.99 today for Should I Become a Model? Glow-Up, then $12.99 every month until you cancel. Cancel online in one click in your account.”

There are no free trials and no weekly plans. Charges appear on your statement with the suffix MODEL. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax may apply. We send a confirmation with these terms, a reminder once a year, and a notice before a yearly plan renews.

We refund your first charge in full if you ask within 7 days of it: email support@shouldibecomeamodel.com. Renewals are refunded at our discretion. If a plan is bought from a region where we don’t sell paid plans, we cancel it and refund it in full.

Paid plans are not sold to California residents for now. The free check, results, agency links and tools work everywhere.

Guides and the Glow-Up program are general information, not medical advice. The program never includes weight-loss goals. Patch test new skin products, stop anything that hurts, and see a clinician for anything that persists. If you are in crisis in the US, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988).

• Only upload photos of yourself.
• Don’t try to get around rate limits, bot protection or the age check, or scrape the site.
• Don’t use results to harass or rate other people.

We work hard to keep the requirements, sources and agency links current, and show when each was last verified, but agencies change their pages and rules. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
