It depends on the category. Runway boards publish a floor; commercial, parts, promo and UGC work mostly don’t. Almost no top agency publishes numbers at all, so here is every range we could source, and what it means at your height.

Commercial boards take a much wider range of heights. Heffner welcomes "ALL sizes".[1][5]
- Parts (hands, feet, legs)
Parts work is judged on hands, feet or legs, not height. Parts Models lists ages 18–50.[14]
- Promotional / brand ambassador
Promotional work has no published height rule; alcohol sampling is usually 21+.[26]
- UGC creator
UGC platforms such as Billo state no height rule: 18+ and "no professional experience" required.[27]
